Life can be full. Sometimes, what we’re looking for is a quieter place to pause. My practice offers a gentle, personal space for relaxation, reflection and spiritual connection — at your pace, in your own way.
Perhaps you’re drawn to stillness. Perhaps you’re ready to mark a change. You don’t need to have all the answers before you begin.
A SMALL INVITATION
A gentler way back to you.
YOUR TIME. YOUR SPACE. YOUR PACE.
01Reiki+
REST · RECEIVE · RECONNECT
A gentle, hands-above-the-body practice with space to relax and turn your attention inward. Light touch is only included when you’re comfortable with it.
A symbolic, spiritual ritual for reflecting on connections you feel ready to let go of, and setting an intention for what comes next. A personal moment to mark a new chapter.
A spiritual practice centred on reconnecting with a sense of personal strength and spiritual support. Explore what this means to you, and ask Natasha about her approach before choosing a session.
Natasha also offers magnet therapy within her wider practice. Get in touch to discuss what a session involves and any suitability questions before you decide.
India was home for more than ten years. Its people, creativity and sense of community are still woven into my life.
That chapter, and my training as a Reiki Master Practitioner, have shaped a practice rooted in warmth, presence and personal connection.
Today, as a Reiki Master Practitioner and Magnet Therapist, I create a nurturing space for you to pause and reconnect. My work with women also finds expression through the stories, craft and shared journeys of Palianda and House of Raj.
Your experience could help someone take their first step.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT WONDER
Before you begin.
A little understanding can make the first step feel easier. Choose a topic to explore the questions, then open an answer at your own pace.
Reiki is a Japanese spiritual practice in which a practitioner places their hands lightly on, or just above, the body. It is based on a belief in spiritual energy. Here, the invitation is to pause, relax and make room for personal reflection.
Why do people choose a Reiki session?+
People may be looking for quiet time, spiritual connection or a gentle way to step out of a busy day. You do not need a particular problem or a dramatic experience to make that time meaningful. What you feel is personal, and no particular outcome is promised.
What does the research say about Reiki?+
Some people describe feeling relaxed, but that is different from evidence that Reiki treats a condition. NCCIH reports that research has not clearly established Reiki’s effectiveness for health purposes, and the proposed energy field has not been scientifically demonstrated. It should not replace medical care, counselling or prescribed treatment. Read the NCCIH overview ↗
Do I need to be spiritual, religious or experienced?+
You do not need previous experience. Reiki is generally described as a spiritual practice rather than a religion, and you do not have to adopt a particular belief. You are welcome to ask questions and decide whether the approach fits your own values.
Are there different types of Reiki?+
Yes. Names such as Usui Shiki Ryoho, Jikiden Reiki and Gendai Reiki Ho describe different teaching traditions and lineages. Methods can vary even when practitioners use the same name. These examples are background information, not a list of Natasha’s qualifications or services; ask her about her own training and approach. Explore Reiki styles ↗
What does Reiki Master Practitioner mean?+
“Master” describes an advanced stage of Reiki training; it is not a medical qualification or a guarantee of results. Natasha describes herself as a Reiki Master Practitioner. You can ask about her teachers, lineage, training and experience before choosing a session.
02Your session, your comfort
+
What happens during a Reiki session?+
Reiki usually involves resting fully clothed, lying down or sitting comfortably, while the practitioner holds their hands on or above the body. There is no massage or manipulation. Natasha primarily works with her hands just above the body; discuss the session with her before you begin.
Will Natasha touch me?+
Natasha primarily uses a hands-above-the-body approach. Gentle touch may be included only with your comfort and consent. If you prefer no touch, say so before the session; you can also change your mind, ask questions or ask to stop at any point.
What might I feel — and what if I feel nothing?+
People report different experiences, including warmth, tingling, a sense of relaxation or no particular sensation. There is nothing you need to perform or achieve. Sensations are not a test of success or evidence of a medical effect.
What should I wear?+
Comfortable clothing that lets you rest easily is a good choice. Reiki is normally received fully clothed. Let Natasha know in advance if you need help getting comfortable or have a preference about your position.
Can I talk, keep my eyes open or take a break?+
Tell Natasha what helps you feel comfortable. You do not have to keep your eyes closed or stay silent if that feels wrong for you. Ask for a pause whenever you need one. If emotions arise, you can choose how much to share; you do not owe anyone a personal story.
How should I prepare, and what about afterwards?+
Bring any questions and discuss your comfort needs beforehand. It can be helpful to leave a little unhurried time afterwards to reflect on your experience. Ask Natasha whether she recommends anything specific for your chosen session. You do not need to buy a “detox” product or change prescribed medication for a spiritual session.
03Shamanic practices & magnet therapy
+
What is shamanic cord cutting?+
Shamanic cord cutting is a spiritual ritual focused on releasing connections or patterns that someone feels ready to leave behind. “Cords” describe perceived energetic ties within that belief system, rather than physical structures. It can be approached as a symbolic way to reflect on boundaries and intentions. Rituals differ; Natasha can explain her method before you decide.
Does shamanic cord cutting end a relationship or change another person?+
A ritual cannot guarantee that someone else will change, that contact will stop or that difficult feelings will disappear. The focus is your own reflection and intentions. Decisions about relationships, practical boundaries and any professional support remain separate choices.
What is shamanic power retrieval?+
In contemporary shamanic practice, power retrieval refers to spiritual work intended to reconnect a person with a sense of vitality, strength or spiritual support. Some approaches describe this through a relationship with a helping spirit or power animal. These are spiritual beliefs, not a medical explanation for low energy. Ask Natasha what the term means in her own practice and what her session involves.
Is power retrieval the same as soul retrieval?+
The terms are not always used in the same way. Some shamanic approaches distinguish reconnecting with spiritual power or a helping spirit from “soul retrieval”, which concerns a belief in recovering lost aspects of spiritual essence. They should not be assumed to be interchangeable. Natasha’s listed service is shamanic power retrieval; ask her to clarify the approach she offers.
How do these practices differ from Reiki?+
Reiki typically centres on resting while a practitioner holds their hands on or above the body. Shamanic cord cutting focuses on releasing perceived ties, while shamanic power retrieval focuses on spiritual reconnection. They have different frameworks and may involve different rituals. Ask what will happen, and agree what you are comfortable with, before starting.
How do I choose between the sessions?+
Start with what interests you: time to rest, a ritual around letting go, or spiritual reconnection. You can choose “Help me choose” in the enquiry section and describe what you are looking for. A conversation can clarify the options without committing you to a session or promising a result.
What is magnet therapy, and is it the same as Reiki?+
Magnet therapy uses magnets and is separate from Reiki. The term can describe different approaches, so ask Natasha which equipment she uses. Evidence does not support static magnets as a reliable pain treatment. Clinical electromagnetic treatments are different and should not be confused with a general wellness service. Read about magnets and the evidence ↗
04Planning your visit
+
Where are sessions held, how long are they and what do they cost?+
Natasha is listed at Sensate Spa & Studios, The Garden, 68 Northumbria Drive, Henleaze, Bristol BS9 4HW. Arrange your session directly with Natasha and confirm the location, length, price and availability before visiting. The tropical retreat imagery is illustrative, rather than a photograph of the Bristol venue.
How many sessions will I need?+
There is no evidence-based Reiki “dose” or guaranteed number of sessions that produces a particular result. Ask about the cost and purpose of any suggested follow-up, and decide at your own pace. You can begin with a conversation without committing to a package.
Can I book if I am pregnant or have a health condition?+
Share relevant health concerns with Natasha before booking and ask your healthcare professional if you are unsure about suitability. Keep receiving your usual care. Magnets can interfere with implanted devices such as pacemakers and insulin pumps; seek medical advice before considering magnet therapy if you have an implant or are pregnant. Reiki and magnet therapy are different practices, so discuss the specific session you are considering.
Are online or distance sessions available?+
Distance Reiki is offered by some practitioners, but Natasha’s current online services have not been confirmed. Ask her whether your chosen session is available remotely, what it involves and what arrangements you would need.
Can you accommodate mobility, sensory or other access needs?+
Please describe what would make the visit comfortable before booking — for example, step-free access, seating, positioning, lighting or a support person. Natasha can confirm the venue’s facilities and which adjustments are possible. This website does not yet confirm those facilities.
How do I book or ask a question?+
Choose a session in the enquiry section, then open WhatsApp or email. The website prepares a message for you to review and send. This is an enquiry, not an instant booking; agree the session, price, location and time directly with Natasha. Start a conversation ↗
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Ask Natasha for the cancellation, rescheduling and payment terms before confirming an appointment. Those policies have not yet been published here. If your plans change, contact her directly as soon as you can.
